Three days ago, we went to The Four Mile Historic Park. We were pretending we lived in the olden days. We did things like pioneer games: tug-of-war, sack races, and stilts. Then we went to chores. We did stuff like: feeding chickens, cleaning clothes, dusting the walk way, and hitting the rugs. Another thing we did was do old school. The teacher was very strict. Tal and I had to put our noses in the corner. Harry and Aluinn had to wear a bonnet and sit with the girls. We also got to learn how to write in cursive. Then we got a tour of the house. It was old. Last, we got to mine for gold. I got two HUGE pieces of old. I think it was not real gold. Everyone had a fun time at The Four Mile Historic Park.
